Type Me Community Password Reset

To reset your Type Me Community password, please use the following steps:

  1. Go to https://www.typeme.ohoseminars.com/
  2. Login using the temporary password sent to you in the initial ‘Welcome’ Email.
  3. Click on “Profile” in the upper right side of your screen, as shown circled in red.
  4. Click on “About” as shown circled in red below.
  5. Click on “Account” as you see circled in red below.
  6. Enter your current Temporary Password.
  7. In the “Change Password” box, enter your new password.
  8. Click save, and you are finished!

How do I change the Payment Method on my Subscription?

The Change Payment Method button can be used to update the payment method for future recurring payments, e.g., when your credit card expires, or when you need to use a different credit card than the one currently on file.

Change Recurring Payment Process

To change the payment method used for a subscription, you need to:

  • Go to the “My Account” Tab on the upper right side of your screen.  Make sure that you are logged into your ohoseminars.com account. Choose “Account Details”.
  • Click on “Subscriptions” on the left side.
  • Select the “Change Payment Method” button next to a subscription (alternatively, you may have to click on the subscription first before seeing the button).
  • Enter the new payment details on the Checkout > Pay page.
  • Submit the Checkout > Pay form and return to the My Account page where a confirmation message says that the payment method has been updated.

**Please note – clicking “Payment Methods” on the My Account page will not update your subscription payment method.  You must change it using the directions above**

I just purchased a subscription and cannot access it.

Your Navigating Nutrition and/or Harmonizing Your Training Subscription takes up to 3 business days to activate, so please be on the lookout for an email with instructions on how to login and watch your videos.  Please be aware it is a separate link than www.ohoseminars.com.

I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

To reset your password, click on “login” in the upper right corner of our website www.ohoseminars.com.  On the bottom left side of the box you will see the word “Forgot?”  Click on that and enter your email address and then “Get new password”.  A link to change your password will be emailed to you.  You may change your password at any time under the “my account” tab once you are logged in.
